I must say that the improvements you've brought about since you came on board are noticeable! The whole place seems to have moved up a huge notch in terms of the overall "feel" of the place - like moving from a somewhat overcast day to a fairly bright and summery one!
It is really noticeable, from the perspective of someone renting offices, how the overall attitude has become so much more positive and helpful, and also happy! In addition, re-arranging other things, such as moving the coffee/tea into the kitchen, have led to an overall smartening up, and more professional image. Put it all together, and the changes are not only significant, from my point of view, but extremely beneficial for us, and I'm sure, others in the building. I am certain that this has a really positive effect on our clients, and is just the sort of ethos we strive to maintain ourselves.
