Standard Offices are fully serviced, ready to move into, and include:

- Up to 8 Meg Broadband connection
- Cleaning
- Post Handling
Premium Offices, in addition to the above, include:
- Larger Executive style desks (1800mm X 800mm)
- Leather Executive chairs
- Additional storage
- User specified art work for the wall (within stipulated ranges)
- Air conditioning
- Plants (if required)
