Conventional offices are really all about space, so while listed below are the offices we have available in thier current configuration there is no reason why larger spaces cannot be partitioned or smaller offices made more open plan.

Ground Floor Office 16a - Conventional - 528 square feet
This is a good sized exceptionally light and airy space which is newly refurbished and fully air conditioned.
Ground Floor Office 16b - Conventional - 2900 square feet
This is probably the best conventional space we have left in the building as it is an extremely light and pleasant environment with windows on two sides. There is also an anclosed meeting area within this office that would make an ideal board/meeting room space.
These two offices could be taken together and if so could have their own reception area outside.
First Floor Office 102 - Conventional - 3116 sq feet
This is the largest single space that we have available, and is at present open plan, but it could be partitioned if required

This office is available for viewing but has recently been vacated and will undergo renovation. Situated at the end of a coridor this office is self conatined and could be re-configured to suit the incoming companies needs. |
